Why do we ask you to complete a medical history? At Dr. Filler's, we take into consideration your oral health as it relates to your whole body health.
If you have recently had surgery, are taking medications and or have been diagnosed with any major health ailment, we will need this information. This allows us to properly identify and prescribe treatment which can best serves your individual needs.
