Same day dentures – with mini dental implants!
If you wear partial or full dentures and you are unhappy with their fit, you now have another option: the ERA System Implant. The ERA System Implant allows you to have your surgical implants placed with a denture "snapped" in immediately at the same appointment.
In order to determine if you are a candidate for this procedure, Dr. Filler will evaluate your gum bone density and overall physical and oral health as well as take x-rays.
Prior to the implant procedure, Dr. Filler will develop a custom denture for you. The minimally invasive procedure is then done in the office. Using local anesthesia, small titanium implants are placed in the bone and your denture is fitted to the newly placed implant abutments.
