Dr. Filler's professional and administrative staff take pride in their work and in the fact that they have been with Dr. Filler for at least four years or more. This longevity means we get to know all of our patients and their families on a first name basis – as well as their individual dental histories. Like Dr. Filler, our dental assistants and hygienists pursue ongoing education to stay committed to the latest developments and innovations.
Heidi, Certified Dental Assistant (CDA)
Heidi has been part of Dr. Filler's dental team since 1991. Since then, she has earned her Dental Assistant Certification in 1993 and continues to expand her knowledge in the field by taking courses for expanded duty assisting. Heidi maintains the office OSHA standards and enjoys working in the lab. Heidi is a mother of three and enjoys spending her time with her husband and kids.
Barbara, Certified Dental Assistant (CDA)
Barbara received her certificate in 1976 and her A.A.S. in 1981 from Boston University. She has experience in private practice, hospital and dental school clinics and operating rooms. She was also a clinical/didactic instructor in Boston University’s Dental Assisting Program for 4 years. She has been a member of Dr. Filler's team since 1990. A resident of Windham, she is married and the mother of three. Spending time with her family, traveling, theater, and scrapbooking are her favorite pastimes.
Pam, Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
Pam graduated from Forsyth School for Dental Hygienists and Northeastern University in 1978; she has been with Dr. Filler since 2000. Her experience includes general and specialty practices. She resides in Londonderry with her husband and is the mother of two sons. Pam enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, yoga and sitting on any beach!
Erin, Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
A Nashua native, Erin graduated from New Hampshire Technical Institute in Concord, New Hampshire in 1995. She completed the Dental Practice Management Training Program at the Schuster Center for Professional Development in 2000, as well as many other continuing education programs over the years. Erin has been a member of Dr. Filler's dental team since 2002. In her free time, Erin enjoys traveling, cooking and concerts.
Kathy, Financial/Insurance Coordinator
Kathy is a graduate of Eli Whitney Technical School, class of 1971, graduating as a certified dental assistant. Kathy's dental experiences include assisting chairside in both the general practice as well as dental specialty offices. Her work experience also included training dental residents at the VA Medical Center in West Haven, Connecticut as well as holding the clinical instructor post at Eli Whiteny Technical School for two years. Kathy has also served as President of the Connecticut Dental Assistants Association from 1982 – 1985. Since moving to New Hampshire, Kathy has been employed in the dental field working at the front desk – with her main emphasis on insurance and financial/treatment plans. Married, with two children and two step-children, Kathy enjoys playing the piano, singing, and is very active in the music ministry at her Londonderry parish.
Debbie, Scheduling Coordinator / Bookkeeper
Debbie joined Dr. Filler's dental team in 2000. Originally from Ellsworth, Maine, Debbie has been a Windham resident for over 20 years. She received her Associates Degree from Husson College in the medical secretary field. She has held secretarial and bookkeeping positions at a local hospital and medical office. Debbie has three grown children and enjoys reading and cooking. She's also an active member of Windham Presbyterian Church.
Lynn, Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
Lynn joined Dr. Filler's team in July 2008. She graduated from Middlesex Community College in 1997 and has eight years experience in a periodontal practice. She is excited to share her knowledge and skill in the area of periodontics. Lynn lives in Hampstead, is married and the mother of two young children. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, travel and scrapbooking.
